Services

One team, the whole system.

Six disciplines that usually live in six vendors — embedded as one team inside yours.

Product Strategy & Ownership

We sit inside your team and own outcomes — roadmap, scope, and the hard calls in between. Strategy is not a deliverable we hand over; it is a working relationship.

Roadmap · Scope · Pricing · Metrics

AI / GenAI Integration

LLM features, agentic workflows, and evaluation pipelines built in from day one — AI that serves the product, not the pitch deck.

LLM apps · Agents · Evals

Full-stack Product Engineering

Web, mobile, backend, and infrastructure. Senior engineers who take products from first commit to production — and stay accountable after launch.

Web · Mobile · APIs · Infra

Quality Engineering & QA

Test strategy, automation, and release discipline that keep shipping fast from becoming shipping broken.

Automation · CI · Release

Marketing & GTM Strategy

Positioning, launch planning, and growth loops — because a product that ships quietly might as well not ship.

Positioning · Launch · Growth

UI / UX Design

Research, flows, interfaces, and design systems with a point of view — built to survive contact with real users.

How we work

One loop, five disciplines.

The same sequence on every engagement — because predictability is a feature.

01

Discover

We embed with your team to understand the market, the users, and what actually needs to exist.

02

Define

Scope, architecture, and a roadmap you can defend. Decisions get made — and written down.

03

Build

Senior engineers shipping in tight loops. Weekly demos, working software, no black boxes.

04

Ship

Launch is an engineering discipline: staged rollouts, monitoring, and a plan for day two.

05

Iterate

We stay embedded after launch — measuring, learning, and compounding the product week over week.

Featured work

A few products, deeply built.

We keep the roster short on purpose. This is what we're building right now.

Garage Sale

Consumer resale marketplace · US · Live

Problem
Local resale is stuck between clunky classifieds and high-fee marketplaces — listing an item still takes minutes most people don't have.
Approach
Full product ownership: strategy, full-stack app engineering, AI-assisted listing flows, and QA through to app-store release.
Outcome
Live in the US — actively iterating on search, trust, and seller tools with the founding team.

Tripkee

Travel discovery marketplace · US · In design

Problem
Travel planning is fragmented across a dozen tabs — discovery, reviews, booking, and itineraries never live in one place.
Approach
Embedded as the product and design team: market research, user flows, and a design system for a discovery-first travel marketplace.
Status
In design phase — core marketplace flows and the brand system are taking shape ahead of build.

Why Hietech

Built like partners, not vendors.

Embedded ownership, not dev-for-hire

We join your team and own outcomes, not tickets. Vendors bill hours; partners carry the roadmap.

AI-native from day one

Every product we build assumes modern AI as a primitive — in the features, in the tooling, and in how we work.

Senior-only, small team

No pyramids of juniors. Everyone on your project has shipped production software before — more than once.

US early-stage experience

We know the zero-to-one phase: ambiguous scope, moving targets, and the discipline it takes to ship anyway.

Team & culture

Small by design. Senior by default.

No account managers, no handoffs — the people you meet are the people who build. We go deep with a couple of products at a time, keep meetings rare, and let the work be the résumé.
